The Municipality of Starzano collaborated two times with the Life Terra project within the Festa dell'Albero in Italy, the major tree-planting event in the country organised every November by Legambiente.

In 2022, it counted on the participation of the well-known Italian singer Elisa and her Music for the Planet project, which fundraised to plant trees for Life Terra in Italy.
